Yesterday Patrick gets a phone call, and all I heard was "wow, really, are you sure, ok, well I'll tell her." So of course I asked who it was, Patrick said it was my doctor and she had some news for us. My heart started racing thinking of all sorts of things (I had just had my blood work done, did they find something, etc) and Patrick says "She looked at our sonogram again and saw that we are really having twins!"
Of course I freak out, saying "are you serious???" over and over again. By this time I am standing on the couch looking at Patrick. And Patrick has the best poker face ever. Then says "April Fools!"
He totally got me!!

Ahhh!! Congratulations! I can't believe you are pregnant, so exciting!! Glad you made it thru that rough first trimester, hope you enjoy a comforatable second trimester now!
